Yes, anyone can sell your house, but these two ladies know the Poplar Grove Neighborhood/Charleston better than any other. Very quick process and very easy to work with. I would strongly suggest Ashley Surrency as your agent if you are looking at moving to the Augusta, GA area. She knows the area, and is very easy to work with. She is willing to show more than a few houses, unlike some realtors who are 3-4 houses and then they pressure you to a decision. She even went as far as showing me some houses in my price range, but outside of my main desires as a comparison just to give me more options. I can not begin to put in words how amazing Ashley Surrency was in the whole process. She brought in a professional photographer, had a video posted online, made a beautiful book for buyers to look at and called us every time to schedule a convenient time that worked on our schedule for someone to view the home. We have a 15 year old dog that is part blind and deaf and she made sure that I felt comfortable with someone coming even if she had to be there when I wasn_??t.
